Hello. My name is Cath, and I am the main admin of Minwown TPA. I have been assisting since 2023. I assist with local and international ticketing. Our service consists of 3 assistants, but not all assistants are available for every ticket sale, so we limit slots and only cater to what we can secure.

⬤ ● Terms and Conditions

- Ticket Assistance depends on what seat or section you want to get.
- Ticket Assistance is always PER TICKET.
- Ticket assistance is NOT a GUARANTEED ticket. We are only a lending hand or a help to purchase tickets.
- Ticket Assistance fees may change depending on the demand of the concert or events.
- Ticket Assistance fees will not cover any costs from STTC or the ticketing website.
- Assistance Fees for INTL Artist Events in PH are NEGOTIABLE, but I will put in the forms how much you can negotiate from the original fee. However, fees for Local Artist Events are NON-NEGOTIABLE. Additionally, assistance fees for ON-SITE ASSISTANCE will not be negotiable (it's for the effort to line up onsite).
- Reservation Forms for each events can be accessed by sending us a DM in our X or TG account.
- After you answer the reservation form, a confirmation email will be sent regarding your form response and that is an indication of a reserve slot from us.
- Accepted payment methods will be disclosed once payment collection occur (for ticket payment and ticket assistance fees).
- We can assist until General Sale NO ADDITIONAL FEES.
- We have 10% discount for clients who will avail 4 tickets.
- Slots are transferrable but 50% of the fee will be charged for cancellation.

1. Is the assistance fee per ticket ?
- Yes always per ticket
2. Is the assistance fee refundable ? (Discussed Details for this can be seen in payment terms section)3. Is there an additional fee if we want assistance for general sale and other pre-sale if failed to secure for membership pre-sale ?
- NO Additional Fees (your assistance is good until general sale)
4. If my desired seat are not available anymore can you still try ?
- Yes I can try even after the ticket selling. However, I can only try for 4 hours.
5. How many slots you usually open for every events?
- Slots always depend in the availability of my assistants but the max slots we can open are only 10- 15 slots.
6. Can we cancel our slot ?
- Yes you can cancel but 50% fo your fee will be non-refundable.
7. Is your card fee per ticket ?
- No. Card fee is PER TRANSACTION. So, say for example you availed 2 or more tickets and my card will be used then you will only pay for one Card Fee. Card fee will be paid once tickets are secured.

ASSISTANCE FEES FOR LOCAL EVENTS
- Local Events mean concerts that will happen in the Philippines, may it be a local or international artists.
- Fees for Local Events are 70% refundable and 30% non-refundable for KPOP or Western Concert/Fanmeets.
- For Local Artists, we will issue a full refund if tickets are not secured.- We don't have fixed rates for events in PH as we rely to the ticket prices of every concert before we drop our assistance fees.ASSISTANCE FEES FOR INTERNATIONAL EVENTS
- International Events mean concerts that will happen outside PH.
- Fees for Intl Events are 50% refundable and 50% non-refundable.
- Our fees for International Assistance are fixed as follows:1,600php | 30$ | 40,000krw for any VIP Packages or Seat1,300php | 23$ | 32,000krw for any Non-VIP Seats or General SeatsNote: Some rules in our Payment Terms are subject to change based on our client's request and the main admin's decision.

📢 Announcement of Ticketing AssistanceWe will post updates on our official social media pages regarding upcoming ticketing events.Announcement includes: event name, assistance details, schedule of form release, and other reminders.📝 Reservation Form SubmissionAt the stated time, the reservation form will be posted or sent via DMs.Fill out all required fields completely and correctly.Incomplete or duplicate forms may be disqualified.We will secure using your own account and chosen mode of payment✅ Slot ConfirmationWe will review all submissions and confirm successful slots via private message or email.💳 Payment ProcessSend payment within the given deadline through the listed payment channels.We send payment invoices and collect fees usually before d-day of the ticketing assistance.Strictly follow the payment format to avoid delays.Send a screenshot of the proof of payment for verification.📩 Payment VerificationOur team will verify your payment within 24–48 hours.🎫 Ticket Purchase on Event DayWe will process your ticket purchase based on the details provided.We will try our best to secure your preferred seat/tier, but availability is subject to real-time ticketing system.📥 Ticket Confirmation & HandoverOnce the ticket is successfully purchased, we will send you a message indicating that your ticket is secured already🚨 Important RemindersWe are not liable for changes or cancellations made by the event organizer.



JAPAN Ticketing Assistance
Process

Our Japan Assistance consists of several packages that you may consider before availing. Please note that securing tickets in Japan is not easy, as most events use a lottery system that is purely luck-based. Because of this, we do not guarantee a ticket.At times, Japan also offers normal ticketing; however, availability is still not guaranteed as tickets tend to sell out very quickly.All available packages are listed in our form, so we highly recommend reviewing them carefully before availing.
